Purpose of the Collaboration. 2.1 The purpose of the Collaboration is to:
2.1.1 identify areas that would benefit from a common approach by the CCGs with the aim of improving services for patients (“Collaborative Areas”);
2.1.2 provide a forum at which clinical leaders and managers can discuss commissioning and other issues affecting the Collaborative Areas;
2.1.3 facilitate collective decision-making, where appropriate, in relation to the Collaboration Areas whilst recognising the sovereignty of each; and
2.1.4 assist the CCGs in resolving any differences of approach in relation to the Collaborative Areas.
Purpose of the Collaboration. 2.1 The Partners shall collaborate in order to deliver the Project as set out in Appendix 1.
2.2 The content of the Project may be amended by mutual written agreement between the Parties.

The purpose of the collaboration undertaken by the Parties under this Agreement is for the Parties to collaborate to perform certain activities with respect to the discovery, research, pre-clinical testing, development, clinical testing and manufacture of investigational Products in the Licensed Fields as described in more detail in this Agreement (the “Collaboration”). The Parties intend to capitalize on the strengths of each Party to accelerate Product development and recognize that Translate Bio has strengths in mRNA design, production and formulation and Sanofi has strengths in the immunology of infectious diseases.
Purpose of the Collaboration. The Parties enter into this Agreement in order for the Participant to provide data to WHO for use and dissemination as follows, and as more further detailed in the procedures and processes contained in the GBR website at the above-referenced address.
Purpose of the Collaboration. The purpose of the collaboration is for the Parties to collaborate in the development, manufacture and commercialization of the Products and for the Parties to share in certain costs and revenues related to the Products, all as described in more detail herein.
Purpose of the Collaboration. Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, Amgen will have sole responsibility for manufacturing of the Products and, subject to the express terms of Article IX (Intellectual Property), prosecution, maintenance and enforcement of intellectual property. With respect to all activities and expenses reported under this Agreement, each Party covenants and agrees to reasonably, fairly and accurately reflect the underlying substance of such activities and expenses.
Purpose of the Collaboration. The purpose of the collaboration is to design, fabricate, and operate an instrument aboard the GLAST mission to study, with adequate efficiency and precision, gamma rays from space to enable the accomplishment of the proposed science program. The collaboration will undertake to carry out the science program, which is described in the flight proposal response to the NASA AO for the GLAST mission. Its primary goal is to accomplish a comprehensive study of the gamma ray sky. This wide range program provides an excellent opportunity to search for new phenomena.
Purpose of the Collaboration. The purpose of the collaboration is for the Parties to collaborate in the com mercialization of Ivory in the Collaboration Scope and for the Parties to share in certain costs and revenues related to Ivory, all as described in more detail herein.
Purpose of the Collaboration. The Parties’ collaboration shall comprise of the development and provision of the Platform, Connectivity OS Software and ADAS System for use by VW in two VW B-class BEV models (namely one VW B SUV and one VW B Notchback/Coupe) (“VW B BEVs”) with a target SOP for the first VW B BEV in the first half of 2026, and the services or other activities provided under this Agreement and the Operative Documents (including the Associated Services, Aftersales and any Additional Services (“Platform and Software Collaboration”) which shall be governed by this Agreement and the Operative Documents.
