Purpose of trial. The Trial provides an opportunity for current and potential NEC customers to experience NEC services before purchasing the service. The Trial is provided as a convenience and you agree that NEC is not obligated to provide any technical support, phone support, or updates for the services or for any NEC program accessed or used within the Trial environment. As part of the Trial, you may provide feedback to NEC on the service. In providing the feedback you agree to grant to NEC a nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, license, distribute, copy, modify, and freely disclose any suggestions, modifications, improvements, or ideas provided by you.
