Předmět Smlouvy. 3.1 Prodávající se zavazuje, že Kupujícímu dodá a odevzdá věc či věci, které jsou předmětem koupě, umožní mu nabýt vlastnické právo k těmto věcem, a že splní další s tím související závazky uvedené ve smlouvě. Kupující se zavazuje, že věci převezme a zaplatí prodávajícímu kupní cenu.
Předmět Smlouvy. 1.1 The Agent declares that, in accordance with the appropriate certification document No. 15C7840 or other proof of certification for the performance of the activity stipulated by this Agreement and in accordance with state legislation creating or establishing the Agent and governing the Agent's activities, the Agent has the right to engage in activities associated with the recruitment of candidates for studies at Xxxxxxx University, as stipulated in section 2, in the country indicated herein.
