Qualitative and Quantitative Tests. The Director may require qualitative or quantitative tests made of all materials which have been or are proposed to be used in the construction of any Works required by this Agreement. All testing shall conform to the Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications and the Town’s Development Design Criteria, and the costs of such tests shall be paid by the Owners within fourteen (14) days of the account being rendered by the Town.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements.
