QUANTITY VARIATION. The specific quantity ordered must be delivered in full and not be changed without Buyer’s prior written consent. Any different quantity without such consent is subject to Xxxxx’s rejection and return at Seller’s risk and expense. Any excess quantities that Buyer accepts are at the Purchase Order price, unless otherwise agreed upon.
QUANTITY VARIATION. Quantity mentioned in the tender may increase/decrease during execution of the job as per requirement of berth. Purchase order will be amended as per actual requirement of the job during execution/after completion of the job.
QUANTITY VARIATION. 33.1 Where nature of items is such that the items cannot be supplied in exact quantity of the Purchase Order as in case of cables/ steel/ chemicals etc., quantity tolerance up to ± 5% may be allowed. For such tolerance, separate amendment to Purchase Order would not be necessary.
33.2 The Purchaser reserves the right to delete the requirement of any one or more items of Tender Document without assigning any reason.
QUANTITY VARIATION. Variations in quantity of 1% over and 0% under quantities ordered shall constitute acceptable delivery; and the excess or deficiency shall be charged or credited at the "additional thousands" rate set forth in the Price Schedule.
QUANTITY VARIATION. 12.1. Depending on the final requirement, at the time of the award of the Contract, the Purchaser may increase or decrease the quantities by twenty five percent (25%) of the indicated quantity.
QUANTITY VARIATION. 2.13.1 The quoted rates shall remain firm irrespective of any variations in the individual quantities.
QUANTITY VARIATION. If Products ordered by Buyer are not standard items customarily carried in stock by Seller, shipment of 90% or more of the amount specified shall constitute fulfillment of the order and the charges shall be adjusted to reflect the actual quantity shipped.
QUANTITY VARIATION. It is necessary to make more than the stated quantity to avoid delays in completing Buyer’s purchase order. This is due to unavoidable losses in the manufacturing process while making special ceramic shapes. Refractron will ship additional quantity should they pass final inspection. If the rejection rates exceed the expected amount and 90% of the order has been fulfilled the order will be considered complete. Therefore the standard shipping policy employed by REFRACTRON is plus or minus 10% rounded to the nearest whole part. Buyer may request exact quantities. In the event REFRACTRON agrees to ship exact quantities, a 5% surcharge will be included on such orders.
QUANTITY VARIATION. Items for which Seller must establish production schedules may vary in quantity by an overrun of up to 10% of the stated order quantity but may not be less than the ordered quantity without Buyer’s written permission.
QUANTITY VARIATION. On all orders, quantities are subject to a quantity variation of plus or minus ten percent (10%) unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.
