QUANTUM OF FIRST HOMES. 2.1 Twenty-five percent (25%) of the Affordable Housing Units on the Site (rounded up or down to the nearest whole Affordable Housing Unit) shall be identified reserved and set aside as First Homes in accordance with the approved Affordable Housing Scheme submitted pursuant to this Schedule and shall be provided and retained as First Homes for the life of the Development subject to the terms of this Schedule.
