Questions of Eligibility. All questions concerning eligibility of employees for coverage, including the commencement and termination of coverage shall be determined by the Employer in accordance with the directions of this Agreement and of the Joint Trustees and their designated administrators.

  • Loss of Eligibility If a Member no longer meets the eligibility requirements and is not enrolled for continuation coverage as described in Subsection G. below, coverage will terminate at the end of the month during which the loss of eligibility occurs, unless otherwise specified by the Group.
