Eligibility of Employees. Full time seniority employees for whom contributions shall be paid are all employees who have worked sixty (60) hours or more for the Employer during the preceding month. All newly hired full time seniority employees shall be covered the first (1st) day of the month immediately following their acquisition of seniority regardless of whether the sixty (60) hours were worked before or after gaining seniority.
Eligibility of Employees. All full-time operators, fare inspectors, porters, helpers, maintenance employees and employees in the Office and Clerical Unit who were hired on or after September 11, 1978, who have completed one (1) year of service, shall be eligible for benefits under this plan.

Eligibility of Employees. (a) An employee shall become eligible to join the fund on the day of commencement of employment.
(b) Subject to subclause (a) an employee shall be enrolled in the fund upon the acceptance by the fund of a membership application form and shall, subject to the approval of the Trustees, be deemed to be a member of the scheme from the day of commencement of employment.
Eligibility of Employees. 36.4.1 Each employee shall be eligible to join the Fund upon commencement of employment.
36.4.2 Each employee will be eligible to receive contributions from the date of eligibility, notwithstanding the date the membership application prescribed in sub-Clause 36.3.3 was forwarded to the Fund.

Eligibility of Employees. All employees who have competed one (1) year of service according to the system seniority roster shall be eligible for benefits under this plan. If claims arising under Workmen's Compensation are not fully determined, then such sick leave claims shall be paid during the pendency of such claims. Should such claims eventually be allowed under Workmen's Compensation, then the employee shall refund that portion of sick leave benefits paid by the Company. the Company shall have the option of determining the most expeditious methods of recovering such monies. In the event the employee terminates his employment with the Company without returning to work, such sick leave claims will be honored when his rights under the Workmen's Compensation Act have been fully determined. Sick leave will be paid in accordance with the provision of this section in cases of both injury and illness, provided, however, that in the case of sick leave is claimed for a day on which compensation is paid under any present or future State or Federal Compensation Act then only the difference between the sick leave allowance and the amount paid under such Compensation Act will be allowed. In such event the payment so made will be considered as payment for a full day of sick leave under the terms of the contract. Payments of sick leave will be made as expeditiously as possible, bearing in mind that the Company must be sure at all times that duplicate payments are not made.
Eligibility of Employees. 2.1 All eligible employees shall, on their commencement or date of operation of this clause, whichever is the later, be offered the freedom of choice of funds as per the Superannuation legislation. If no election is made then the employee’s superannuation fund will be either the default fund (AMP Superannuation Fund/Customsuper or Australian Super for Centrelink Endorsed Employees).
Eligibility of Employees. The Company shall provide to the Administrator current information on the identity of Participants in the Plans.
