QUOTATION AND ACCEPTANCE. Any quotation is given on the basis that no Contract shall come into existence until the Company despatches an acknowledgement of order to the Customer. Any quotation is valid for a period of 30 days only from its date unless the Company has previously withdrawn it.
QUOTATION AND ACCEPTANCE. 3.1. A quotation by DLX does not constitute an offer.
3.2. Your signature on a written Order or submission of an electronic Order represents an offer to Purchase the Products/Services under the terms of DIR Contract No. DIR- TSO-3462 and this Agreement and you will be bound by such Order.
3.3. Our acceptance will be effective only upon our acceptance in writing of the Order, or our electronic acceptance of an electronic Order. Our acceptance of the Order will result in a contract.
QUOTATION AND ACCEPTANCE a) The Company’s written quotation accepted by the Client in writing and/or additional quotations agreed verbally and confirmed to the Client by the Company in writing only, will be legally binding and form a contract between the Company and the Client.
b) Any written quotation given by the Company shall be open for acceptance by the Client for a period of 30 days only after the date of quotation.
c) Any written quotation given by the Company shall be construed as an offer by the Company to carry out the Treatment specified in quotation at the price quoted therein on these conditions.
d) The Company reserves the right to substitute alternative materials and alternative methods of work and construction at its discretion and there will not be any adjustment to the price quoted and accepted unless in the circumstances where Item 10 clause (a) apply.
QUOTATION AND ACCEPTANCE. This document is an offer to sell the equipment, parts, machinery, and/or services described herein (collectively "Equipment") under the following terms and conditions and shall hereinafter be referred to as the Quotation. Acceptance of this Quotation by Buyer is expressly limited to the terms and conditions stated herein. Any changes or modifications to these terms and conditions contained herein must be expressly agreed to in writing by Seller in order to be effective. This document shall become a binding agreement upon Buyer authorization of Seller' performance for work pursuant to this Quotation. All rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire including the Uniform Commercial Code.
QUOTATION AND ACCEPTANCE. (a) Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days and create no obligation until the Seller accepts the Buyer’s order. All orders or contracts must be approved and accepted by the Seller.
(b) The Buyer’s order must be in writing and contain sufficient information to enable the Seller to fulfil the order if accepted.
QUOTATION AND ACCEPTANCE. [1] Hazmat Decontamination will provide the Customer with a written quotation for the Building Work and the quotation will be open for acceptance by the Customer for a period of thirty (30) Days from the date of the quotation. [2] Acceptance of the quotation provided by Hazmat Decontamination is deemed to occur when the Customer signs the acceptance form included with the quotation provided to the Customer and the acceptance of the quotation in this manner will constitute a binding contract for the Building Work based on these terms and conditions. [3] All quotations are based on costs of materials, labour rates, wages, freight (whether overseas, coastal or inland), foreign exchange, customs duty and primage ruling at the date of quotation and Hazmat Decontamination reserves the right to adjust the same on account of any increases in such costs occurring before acceptance and confirmation whether such are known to Hazmat Decontamination at date of acceptance and confirmation or not. Hazmat Decontamination also reserves the right to increase contract prices on account of any such increases occurring between the dates of acceptance and confirmation and completion of performance and notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained or implied in this clause Hazmat Decontamination reserves the right to notify the Customer of any overall increase in the contract price of the Building Work occasioned by increases occurring in respect of any or all of the foregoing costs. [4] The price quoted for the Building Work will at all times be exclusive of GST. [5] GST is payable by the Customer in addition to the price quoted for the Building Work.
QUOTATION AND ACCEPTANCE. By accepting Flashgroup's quotation, the Client confirms the order and agrees to proceed with the purchase based on the terms provided.
QUOTATION AND ACCEPTANCE. 1.1 This Agreement starts on the date we receive:
a. the Quotation Acceptance Form which must be before the Expiry Date as shown on the Quotation (or within such period as may be agreed in Writing between us); and
b. payment in full of the Charge or as otherwise agreed in the Quotation but in any case before the Expiry Date (“Acceptance”).
1.2 You accept that the Quotation personal to you and may not be assigned without our prior Written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably delayed or withheld.
1.3 We may at any time prior to Acceptance withdraw the Quotation. Where we withdraw the Quotation we shall Notify you in Writing.
1.4 You acknowledge and accept that the Quotation shall be deemed invalid and the offer revoked if the Target Completion Date exceeds 130 days from the date of Acceptance.

[1] PFPA will provide the Customer with a written quotation for the Building Work and the quotation will be open for acceptance by the Customer for a period of thirty (30) Days from the date of the quotation. [2] Acceptance of the quotation provided by PFPA is deemed to occur when the Customer signs the acceptance form included with the quotation provided to the Customer and the acceptance of the quotation in this manner will constitute a binding contract for the Building Work based on these terms and conditions. [3] All quotations are based on costs of materials, labour rates, wages, freight (whether overseas, coastal or inland), foreign exchange, customs duty and primage ruling at the date of quotation and PFPA reserves the right to adjust the same on account of any increases in such costs occurring before acceptance and confirmation whether such are known to PFPA at date of acceptance and confirmation or not. PFPA also reserves the right to increase contract prices on account of any such increases occurring between the dates of acceptance and confirmation and completion of performance and notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained or implied in this clause PFPA reserves the right to notify the Customer of any overall increase in the contract price of the Building Work occasioned by increases occurring in respect of any or all of the foregoing costs. [4] The price quoted for the Building Work will at all times be exclusive of GST. [5] GST is payable by the Customer in addition to the price quoted for the Building Work.
QUOTATION AND ACCEPTANCE. Restore Ltd shall produce a formal quotation for the Customer for the scope of Work. The quotation shall be subject to the clarifications and exclusions set out in any documentation accompanying the quote and shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date specified on the quotation. The Customer shall accept the quotation by signing the acceptance form accompanying the quotation and signing a copy of any plans and specifications attached to the quotation, if provided. The acceptance of the quotation in the manner specified in this clause shall constitute a binding contract and acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.
