Quotations and offers. 1. All quotations and offers by Contractor shall be without obligation, unless the offer or quotation states an acceptance term. If no acceptance term is stated, no right can be derived from the quotation or offer in any manner whatsoever. 2. Quotations by Contractor shall be based on the information supplied by Contracting party. Contracting party warrants that he/she has timely and truthfully supplied Contractor all information that is essential for the planning, execution and completion of the assignment. 3. Contractor cannot be held to a quotation or offer if Contracting party may reasonably understand that (a part of) the quotation and offer contains an obvious mistake or error in writing. 4. A composite quotation and offer shall not obligate Contractor to carry out a part of the quotation and offer against a corresponding part of the stated price. 5. Offers and quotations shall not automatically apply to future orders.

All quotations and offers made by Glasnost shall be free of obligation at all times and are subject to possible changes; this includes offers that state a deadline for acceptance. 3. Prices and fees charged by Glasnost and/or mentioned in quotations, offers, agreements or promotional materials are listed in Euros and exclude VAT and other levies that are (to be) imposed by the government, unless specifically indicated otherwise. 8. If acceptance (whether or not on subordinate points) is in derogation of that which was included in the quotation or offer, then Glasnost shall not be bound to that acceptance. The agreement will in such cases not be reached in accordance with the derogation acceptance, unless Glasnost indicates otherwise in writing. 9. Acceptance by the Client of an offer made by Glasnost, including mention of the applicability of the general terms and conditions of the Client (whether or not excluding the general terms of Glasnost), shall not have effect as far as it concerns the applicability of the terms and conditions of the Client and/or exclusion of the terms and conditions of Glasnost. The stipulations in Article 2 paragraph 3 shall apply mutatis mutandis. 10. A composite indication of price shall not oblige Glasnost to conduct a portion of the agreement at a corresponding part of the specified price. 11. Quotations and offers. 1. All quotations and offers from User are free of obligations, unless in the offer a deadline for acceptance has been lodged. A tender offer expires if the product to which the offer relates in the meantime is no longer available. 2.
