RANK OF GUARANTY. Each Guarantor will ensure that its payment obligations under this Guaranty Agreement will at all times rank at least pari passu, without preference or priority, with all other unsecured and unsubordinated Indebtedness of such Guarantor now or hereafter existing.
RANK OF GUARANTY. The Guarantor agrees that its obligations under this Guaranty Agreement shall rank at least pari passu with all other unsecured senior obligations of the Guarantor now or hereafter existing.
