Rate Limits. You will not attempt to exceed or circumvent limitations on access, calls and use of the Licensed Materials ("Rate Limits"), or otherwise use the Affinity API in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volume, constitutes excessive or abusive usage, or otherwise does not comply with this Agreement. If you exceed or Affinity reasonably believes that you have attempted to circumvent Rate Limits, controls to limit use of the Affinity APIs or the terms of this Agreement, then your ability to use the Licensed Material may be temporarily suspended or permanently blocked. Affinity may monitor your use of the Affinity API to improve the Licensed Material and Affinity Applications and to ensure your compliance with this Agreement and Incorporated Developer Terms and for related purposes.
Rate Limits. From time to time, Trimble may place limits on access to the SDK (e.g., limits on numbers of API calls or requests). Further, Trimble may monitor your usage of the SDK and limit the number of calls or requests you may make if Trimble believes that your usage is in breach of this Agreement or may negatively affect Trimble Connect or other Trimble Connect users (or otherwise impose liability on Trimble).

You will not attempt to exceed or circumvent limitations on access, calls and use of celitoVoice API, or otherwise use the celitoVoice API in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volume, constitutes excessive or abusive usage, or otherwise fails to comply or is inconsistent with any part of this API TOS.

You will not attempt to exceed or circumvent limitations on access, calls and use of the Titan API ("Rate Limits"), or otherwise use the Titan API in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volume, constitutes excessive or abusive usage, or otherwise fails to comply or is inconsistent with any part of this Agreement. If you exceed or Titan reasonably believes that you have attempted to circumvent Rate Limits, controls to limit use of the Titan APIs or the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then your ability to use the Titan Material may be temporarily suspended or permanently blocked. Titan may monitor your use of the Titan API to improve the Titan Service and to ensure your compliance with this Agreement.
Rate Limits. You will not attempt to exceed or circumvent limitations on access, calls and use of BridalLive API, or otherwise use the BridalLive API in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volume, constitutes excessive or abusive usage, or otherwise fails to comply or is inconsistent with any part of this API TOS or the API Documentation. Use for promotion of gambling or adult content. You may not use the BridalLive APIs in any Application that includes adult content, promotes gambling, involves the sale of tobacco or alcohol to persons under 21 years of age, or otherwise violates any applicable law or regulation. Distribution of your application. You may not distribute or allow access to the BridalLive APIs to anyone other than, if applicable, the company on whose behalf you entered into this API TOS.
Rate Limits. You will abide by all limitations placed on Your access to and use of the Twitter Content. You will not attempt to exceed or circumvent these limits. You will delete or modify Twitter Content as notified by Twitter or its agent and implement the necessary processes to receive notification of deleted and/or modified Twitter Content. Twitter may monitor Your use of the Content to improve Twitter’s offerings or to ensure Your compliance with this Agreement.

You will not attempt to exceed or circumvent limitations on access, calls and use of TRAKnet API, or otherwise use the TRAKnet API in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volume, constitutes excessive or abusive usage, or otherwise fails to comply or is inconsistent with any part of this API TOS or the Documentation.
Rate Limits. You will observe and in no circumstances attempt to exceed limitations We may impose on access, calls and use of Our APIs (Rate Limits). We also reserve the right to monitor Your and Your Users’ use of Our APIs to ensure compliance with this clause 7 and to suspend or terminate Your use and access to Our Services if You exceed any Rate Limits We impose.

PortConnect may monitor your use of the API to improve the delivery of its Services and to ensure your compliance with this Agreement.
