Limitations on Access. BCA agrees that it will comply with applicable state and federal laws when making information accessible. Agency agrees that it will comply with applicable state and federal laws when accessing, entering, using, disseminating, and storing data. Each party is responsible for its own compliance with the most current applicable state and federal laws.

Limitations on Access. Customer shall not: (a) sell, lease or sublease access to the Data Products; (b) copy, decompile, or reverse engineer any portion of the Data Products; (c) use the Data Products to provide third party processing services to other parties, commercial timesharing, rental or sharing arrangements, or on a “service bureau” basis; (d) remove any StreetLight titles, trademark symbols, copyright symbols and restrictive legends; (e) bypass or disable any protections that may be put in place to provide security for the Data Products or to protect against unlicensed use of the Data Products; (f) use the Data Products to store, transmit or produce infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, or to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights; (g) introduce into the Data Products, or use the Data Products to transmit, viruses, Trojan horses and other harmful or malicious code; (h) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Data Products or third-party data contained therein; or (i) use the Data Products with any products, systems, or applications for or in connection with (1) real time navigation or route guidance, including but not limited to turn-by-turn route guidance that is synchronized to the position of a User's or a third party’s sensor-enabled device; or (2) any systems or functions for automatic or autonomous control of vehicle behavior.
Limitations on Access. Notwithstanding the foregoing audit and inspection rights, State Street reserves the right to impose reasonable limitations on the number, frequency, timing and scope of audits and inspections requested by the Insurance Company so as to prevent or minimize any potential impairment or disruption of its operations, distraction of its personnel or breaches of security or confidentiality; provided, however, that State Street may not limit the number, frequency or timing of audits and inspections in connection with any investigation or other action by any regulatory or governmental body with supervisory authority over the Insurance Company or Account.

Limitations on Access. The Software is licensed for use: 1. only within one of the Customer's Amazon cloud environments; 2. by no more than the number of concurrent Users indicated in writing by Panintelligence to the Customer; 3. in object code form; and 4. by the Customer's employee's and agents only.
Limitations on Access. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, SLM BankCo shall not, and shall cause its Representatives to not, access or attempt to access any customer/loan information except (i) the Navient customer information as necessary to perform the SLM BankCo Services, and (ii) the customer information pertaining to SLM BankCo owned loans (including loans owned by third party lenders who have contracted with SLM BankCo to provide certain services) (all customer information other than that described in subsections (i) and (ii) is collectively referred to as the “Restricted Access Navient Customer Information.” If SLM BankCo inadvertently or otherwise accesses any Restricted Access Navient Customer Information, SLM BankCo agrees to not to use or disclose the Restricted Access Navient Customer Information.

Limitations on Access. Participant acknowledges that the patient information maintained through SRHS Link may be drawn from numerous sources. Certain categories of information may be more sensitive and may be accorded extra protections under state and federal law. For this or other reasons, at SRHS's sole discretion, patient information provided through SRHS Link may not include an entire record, and Participant and Authorized Users may have limited access to certain information and records. Participant agrees and acknowledges that such information is provided as-is, and SRHS makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of any of the information obtained through SRHS Link.
Limitations on Access. The Indemnitee agrees to only use the Board Papers or Files to which Access Rights have been given for the permitted purpose under Section 4 of this Exhibit A for which access was granted (“Permitted Purpose”). To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company may refuse to give an Indemnitee access to, or copies of, any Board Papers or Files if the Indemnitee seeks access for purposes which do not include a Permitted Purpose.
