Rate of Payment for Annual Leave and Annual Leave Loading. All annual leave is payable at the Employees ordinary rate of pay as set out in clause 3.2.1 of this Agreement. Employees will in addition to their annual leave be entitled to leave loading calculated on the basis of 17.50% of their annual leave entitlement at the time of taking such leave or on termination.
