RATES CHANGES. A. Supplier reserves the right to modify charges for international service upon 7 days notice to the customer. B. RBOC Termination/Origination. Following the Service Commencement Date for Xclusive Services (e.g. Switched I+/8XX, Dedicated I+/8XX, XPIN, [excluding calling and debit cards]), Customer will maintain at least 80% of the originating/terminating minutes of domestic United States traffic (during any calendar month or pro-rata portion thereof) in a Regional Xxxx Operating Company (RBOC). RATES CHANGES. A. Supplier reserves the right to modify charges for international service upon seven (7) days notice to the Customer. B. HIGH COST TERMINATION/ORIGINATION. Following the Service Commencement Date for all Products (e.g. Xnet, Xclusive), Customer will maintain at least 80% of the originating and 80% of the terminating minutes (during any calendar month or pro-rata portion thereof) in the low cost services areas as defined in Exhibit G. Supplier shall have the right to apply a $0.03 per minute surcharge to the number of originating minutes and apply a $0.03 per minute surcharge to the number of terminating minutes which low cost origination/termination does not exceed 80% of the total monthly Service and a $0.05 per minute surcharge to the number of high cost originating and terminating minutes which exceeds 50% of total monthly Service. Low Cost Origination or Termination is defined as all international calls and domestic calls to or from any NPA.NXX associated with the Operating Company Numbers listed in Exhibit G. C.   • Room Changes No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the College Office of Counseling and Disability Services. Room change may only be made with the written approval of College Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer. Residents who receive approval for a room change may be charged a room change fee as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account. Room changes that are not authorized by College Housing will result in a fine as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account.

  • Fee Changes On each anniversary date of this Agreement (determined from the “Effective Date” for each Fund as set forth on Appendix IV), the base and/or minimum fees enumerated in Appendix IV attached hereto, may be increased by the change in the Consumer Price Index for the Northeast region (the “CPI”) for the twelve-month period ending with the month preceding such annual anniversary date. Any CPI increases not charged in any given year may be included in prospective CPI fee increases in future years. GFS Agrees to provide the Board prior written notice of any CPI increase.

  • Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material. After receiving a Service Change Notice, if the change is material, you may terminate Service by giving us a termination notice at the address indicated in Section 21 or you may create a case at xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xx.xxxx (follow the instructions under “how to create a case”).

  • Interim Changes Since the date of its balance sheets, except as set forth in Exhibit C, there have been no (1) changes in financial condition, assets, liabilities or business of Amalgamated which, in the aggregate, have been materially adverse; (2) damages, destruction or losses of or to property of Amalgamated, payments of any dividend or other distribution in respect of any class of stock of Amalgamated, or any direct or indirect redemption, purchase or other acquisition of any class of any such stock; or (3) increases paid or agreed to in the compensation, retirement benefits or other commitments to its employees.

  • Amendments - Changes/Extra Work The Subrecipient shall make no changes to this Contract without the County’s written consent. In the event that there are new or unforeseen requirements, the County has the discretion with the Subrecipient’s concurrence, to make changes at any time without changing the scope or price of the Contract.‌ If County-initiated changes or changes in laws or government regulations affect price, the Subrecipient’s ability to deliver services, or the project schedule, the Subrecipient will give County written notice no later ten (10) days from the date the law or regulation went into effect or the date the change was proposed and Subrecipient was notified of the change. Such changes shall be agreed to in writing and incorporated into a Contract amendment. Said amendment shall be issued by the County-assigned Contract Administrator, shall require the mutual consent of all Parties, and may be subject to approval by the County Board of Supervisors. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Subrecipient from proceeding with the work as originally set forth or as previously amended in this Contract.

  • Business Changes Change in any material respect the nature of the business of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries as conducted on the Effective Date.

  • Minor Changes Within Sale Area, minor adjustments may be made in boundaries of cutting units or in the timber individually Marked for cutting when ac- ceptable to Purchaser and Forest Service.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Staffing Changes The Director’s prior written approval is required for the Consultant to remove, replace or add to any of its staffing identified in Attachment B of an Approved Service Order.

  • Rate Changes Pricing is fixed for the base term of the Agreement. Thereafter, Firm may request an increase to hourly rates to account for changes in the market prices for legal services. Any increase is subject to Citizens’ approval at Citizens’ sole discretion, and must be evidenced by a formal amendment to this Agreement. Price adjustments shall not be applied retroactively. Alternative fee arrangements must be pre-approved by Citizens in writing.
