Rate Changes. The Center’s Board of Directors reserves the right to make rate changes at any time. Agreement Terminations: Agreement termination by the enrolling family requires a two-week written notice. Tuition continues to be due during the two-week period regardless of child’s attendance frequency. The center may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice. If your account is past due by more than 2 weeks, without prior arrangements made with the Director, you will be notified in writing that your child will be disenrolled from all programs, effective the first class day of the upcoming week, unless payment in full is received; ending this agreement. CBP reserves the right to make your child’s space available to another student and your child will not be accepted for future enrollment until payment is made in full and space is available. Rate Changes. I understand and agree that the special rate(s) in effect on the date I sign this document are subject to change at the discretion of the Cooperative Board of Directors.   • Interest Rate Change Date The date on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to change as provided in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Applicable Maturity means: (a) in relation to Screen Rate Determination, the period of time designated in the Reference Rate, and (b) in relation to ISDA Determination, the Designated Maturity.

  • LIBOR Successor Rate Conforming Changes means, with respect to any proposed LIBOR Successor Rate, any conforming changes to the definition of Base Rate, Interest Period, timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest and other administrative matters as may be appropriate, in the discretion of the Administrative Agent, to reflect the adoption of such LIBOR Successor Rate and to permit the administration thereof by the Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Administrative Agent determines that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or that no market practice for the administration of such LIBOR Successor Rate exists, in such other manner of administration as the Administrative Agent determines in consultation with the Borrower).

  • Applicable Maturity Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.25(a).

  • Increased Rate means, with respect to any Increased Rate Period for a Series of RVMTP Shares, the Index Rate for such Increased Rate Period plus an Applicable Spread of 5.92%.

  • LIBOR Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Distribution Date, the second LIBOR Business Day immediately preceding the commencement of the related Interest Accrual Period.

  • Rate Floor The minimum per annum Mortgage Interest Rate permitted under the related Mortgage Note. Rating Agency: Initially, each of S&P and Xxxxx’x and thereafter, each nationally recognized statistical rating organization that has rated the Certificates at the request of the Company, or their respective successors in interest.   • Reset Dates The first day of each Calculation Period.

  • Funding Rate means any individual rate notified by a Lender to the Facility Agent pursuant to sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of Clause 10.3 (Cost of funds).

  • Interest Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the date, specified in the related Mortgage Note and the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted.

  • Restructuring Maturity Limitation Date means, with respect to a Valuation Obligation, the Limitation Date occurring on or immediately following the Credit Observation End Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the final maturity date of the Restructured Bond or Loan with the latest final maturity date of any Restructured Bond or Loan occurs prior to the 2.5-year Limitation Date (such Restructured Bond or Loan, a "Latest Maturity Restructured Bond or Loan") and the Credit Observation End Date occurs prior to the final maturity date of such Latest Maturity Restructured Bond or Loan, then the Restructuring Maturity Limitation Date will be the final maturity date of such Latest Maturity Restructured Bond or Loan.

  • Pricing Rate the per annum percentage rate for determination of the Price Differential;

  • Pricing Rate Period means, with respect to any Transaction and any Remittance Date (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the immediately preceding Remittance Date and ending on and excluding such Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period for a Purchased Asset end subsequent to the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset.

  • Reset Date means the First Reset Date, the Second Reset Date and each Subsequent Reset Date (as applicable);

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Required Rate means (a) 8.40%, with respect to the Cutoff Date and any Distribution Date on or prior to the date on which the Class A-2-B Notes are paid in full, or, (b) 7.90%, with respect to any Distribution Date after the Class A-2-B Notes are paid in full, or, in each case, such other percentage approved by the Rating Agencies.

  • Specified Rate means, on any day, the sum of:

  • Periodic Rate Floor With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the provision of each Mortgage Note which provides for an absolute maximum amount by which the Mortgage Interest Rate therein may decrease on an Interest Rate Adjustment Date below the Mortgage Interest Rate previously in effect. Person: Any individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, unincorporated organization, government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.

  • Interest Rate Contracts means all interest rate swap agreements, interest rate cap agreements, interest rate collar agreements and interest rate insurance.

  • Maximum Maturity means an obligation that has a remaining maturity of not greater than the period specified in the Standard (or if no such period is specified, thirty years);

  • Interest Rate Contract means any interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest rate floor agreement, interest rate collar agreement, interest rate option or any other agreement regarding the hedging of interest rate risk exposure executed in connection with hedging the interest rate exposure of any Person and any confirming letter executed pursuant to such agreement, all as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
