Common use of Re-Employment of Teachers Clause in Contracts

Re-Employment of Teachers. A tenured teacher who has resigned from the District and who returns to the District may be appointed to a probation period of fewer than three (3) years if warranted in the judgment of the Board and consistent with Education Law.
