Reappointment and Promotion. 6.1 The duration of this Contract is for a maximum period of twelve (12) months. Reappointment and/or promotion to the next level of training is at the recommendation of the Program Director and is expressly contingent upon several factors, including the following: satisfactory completion of all training components, satisfactory performance evaluations, full compliance with the terms of the Contract, the continuation of sponsoring institution and program’s accreditation by the ACGME, LECOM’s financial ability, and furtherance of LECOM’s objectives.
