Reason for Grievance. The Grievance Procedure is created to secure, at the lowest possible administrative level, a solution to any Grievance after informal attempts to resolve in a satisfactory manner the subject matter of the Grievance have failed. The Grievance Procedure shall be conducted as confidentially as possible.
