The Iowa Department of Transportation is considering U.S. Highway 63 alternative alignments extending around the northwest quadrant of Oskaloosa. The Iowa DOT Project Management Team (PMT) proposes to construct an interchange at Iowa Highway 163. The proposed interchange is located approximately one (1) mile from the proposed Runway 32 threshold.
