REBATES AND DISCOUNTS. As required pursuant to Section 12.1 of the MSA, Company shall report to Saint Luke’s any and all Product discounts and/or rebates. Company shall provide Saint Luke’s the following discounts and rebates:
REBATES AND DISCOUNTS. ‌ 23.1 Rebates‌ Rebates are to be taken when offered, except as noted below. When a rebate is used, the Sub-grantee shall reduce the line item expenditure of the contract to which it was charged. Rebates offered by utilities for installing energy efficient equipment/materials should only be used when program funds (HEAP or DOE) are used to pay for the cost of the equipment/materials. Rebates should not be used if the costs will be charged to utility funds. 23.2 Cash Discounts‌ Cash discounts are to be taken when offered by vendors or suppliers.
REBATES AND DISCOUNTS. Because of its purchasing power derived through its operations of its proprietary hotels, its management of hotels, and its franchising of hotels, Manager may from time to time negotiate rebates and discounts from the vendors of certain products and services. Manager agrees that the portion of such rebates and discounts allocable to the Hotel will be passed on to the Lessee.

REBATES AND DISCOUNTS. Since March 1, 2012, except as set forth on Section 3.25 of the Company Disclosure Letter, neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has engaged in rebate, discount, advance sale programs, volume discounts, or other programs or arrangements (such as arrangements to sell to customers products or services in excess of such customers’ reasonable foreseeable requirements) with its respective customers which (a) are outside the ordinary course of business or (b) could otherwise reasonably be expected to result in such customers reducing, temporarily or permanently, their purchases of services and products from the Company or any Subsidiary.
REBATES AND DISCOUNTS. The government prescribes discounts for certain distribution channels (VA, Medicaid, etc.). These are deducted from NOS. From time to time we authorize discounts to other customers including a discount at launch as an incentive to fill the pipeline. Managed Care and other organizations also receive certain discounts for our brands when sold individually and when sold as a package with other products. When sold as a package the package discount is allocated to the brands as a percent of NOS.

Manager will be entitled to retain such rebates and discounts. Any discounts and rebates from local vendors not comprising Manager's vendor network but serving the Hotel shall be credited to the Hotel.
REBATES AND DISCOUNTS. (a) In the event that any Contract for the sale of finished goods to customers of the Sellers which is assumed by the Buyers provides for quantity price discounts, rebates or other allowances for the purchaser based upon purchases for the calendar year or other period in which the Closing occurs, the discount, rebate or allowance shall be determined by the Sellers and the Buyers at the end of such period and an allocation thereof shall be made as between the Sellers and the Buyers, based upon the dollar volume or number of units of sales on which such discount, rebate or allowance is based, allocated pro rata between sales under the contract before and after the Closing Date during the relevant contract period. (b) Any payments required to be made by the parties pursuant to this Section 5.17 shall be paid, with respect to each Contract, by certified or official bank check within five Business Days after the allocation of the discount, rebate or other allowance has been finally determined.
REBATES AND DISCOUNTS. The College accepts that Chartwells or its parent company, Compass Group USA, Inc. (“Compass”) may receive volume, trade, or cash discounts for items purchased as part of doing business at the College and that those discounts will accrue to Chartwells and/or Compass and will not be credited back to the College. The College understands that certain charges reflected on Chartwells’ profit and loss statement are based on a portion of overall company expenses.
