Recall from Vacation Leave With Pay. (a) The Company will make every reasonable effort not to recall an employee to duty after he or she has proceeded on vacation leave with pay. (b) Where, during any period of vacation leave or leave with pay an employee is recalled to duty, he or she shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, as normally defined by the Company, that he or she incurs: (i) in proceeding to his or her place of duty, and (ii) in returning to the place from which he or she was recalled if he or she immediately resumes vacation upon completing the assignment for which he or she was recalled, after submitting such accounts as are normally required by the Company. (c) The employee shall not be considered as being on vacation leave during any period in respect of which he or she is entitled under clause 26.09(b) to be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred by him or her.
