Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.
Transfer outside of the Bargaining Unit (a) A nurse who is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of not more than three (3) months, or is seconded to teach for an academic year shall not suffer any loss of seniority, service or benefits. A nurse who is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of more than three (3) months, but not more than one (1) year shall retain, but not accumulate, her or his seniority held at the time of the transfer. In the event the nurse is returned to a position in the bargaining unit, she or he shall be credited with seniority held at the time of transfer and resume accumulation from the date of her or his return to the bargaining unit. Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.
