RECEIVING, HANDLING, AND STORAGE. The Contractor shall receive and check materials furnished by CPS Energy. Materials will be transferred from the designated storage areas by the Contractor. The Contractor will need a receipt for these materials and will then be fully responsible for them. A CPS Energy “Requisition on Stores Form” will be used when withdrawing material from CPS Energy stock. Additional materials required during construction will be delivered to the designated storage areas. The Contractor shall be responsible for the prompt unloading of these additional materials.

RECEIVING, HANDLING, AND STORAGE. QUALIFIED PROVIDER shall receive from carriers at the DISTRICT and check, unload, handle and store all materials and equipment that are to be incorporated in the Work. QUALIFIED PROVIDER shall be responsible for the prompt unloading of materials and equipment. QUALIFIED PROVIDER will work with DISTRICT to provide storage facilities for Subcontractor-furnished materials and equipment. QUALIFIED PROVIDER may use the DISTRICT receiving area, personnel or equipment to receive any materials unless barred in writing by the DISTRICT.

The Contractor shall be responsible for the prompt unloading of materials and equipment. The Contractor shall provide all storage facilities for contractor-furnished materials and equipment. The Contractor MAY NOT use the Client receiving area, personnel or equipment to receive any materials unless approved by the Client.

If Material is in storage at a Company facility or other designated location, Contractor shall be responsible for loading at such location, transporting to job Site and unloading. Contractor shall become responsible for all Company-Furnished Items upon delivery to Contractor, and Contractor shall thereafter be responsible for the loss or damage to the material except to the extent caused by Company, its contractors, Force Majeure, or site trespass. All unused Company–Furnished Items shall be returned by Contractor to Company in accordance with the directions of Company’s engineer. Any material lost or damaged by Contractor shall be replaced at Contractor’s expense.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Packaging and Labeling Seller shall properly xxxx, xxxx, and ship Goods and provide Buyer with shipment documentation showing the Order number, Seller’s identification number for the subject Goods, the quantity of goods in shipment and the number of cartons or containers in the shipment.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.
