RECOGNITION AND CRAFT JURISDICTION. 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agency for General Foreperson(s), Foreperson(s), Journeyperson(s), Apprentice(s), and Pre- Apprentice(s) employed on field construction work within the jurisdiction of the Union.
RECOGNITION AND CRAFT JURISDICTION. 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agency for hourly rated employees employed on field construction, erection, rigging, field fabrication, unloading and work involving assembling, dismantling and demolition performed by the Employer within the jurisdiction of the Union.
RECOGNITION AND CRAFT JURISDICTION. 2.01 This Maintenance Agreement is only applicable to participating Boilermaker Contractors’ Association member contractors in the Province of Alberta.
RECOGNITION AND CRAFT JURISDICTION. Amend Article 2:07 to read: The Union and Employer agree that Union members above the rank of General Xxxxxxx may continue to participate in Boilermaker Benefits by the Employer contributing to all Funds on behalf of the Employee, as set out in the relevant provincial (regional) Wage and Benefit Schedule, subject to the specific Employer and Employee entering into a Participation Agreement with the Trustees of the Boilermakers’ National Health & Welfare Fund (Canada)/Boilermakers’ National Pension Fund (Canada), on terms and conditions established by the Trustees of the said Funds. This Article does not extend the bargaining rights of the Union to any Employee(s) accepted to continue to participate in the Benefits provided hereunder, and no other provision of this collective agreement shall apply to such Employee(s).
