Recognition and Negotiation. A. The employer hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent of the employees covered by this agreement for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment. B. The term "Employee" as used herein shall include all paraprofessionals, employed or to be employed, excluding supervisors, student help, substitutes, crossing guards and volunteers.
