RECOGNITION AS EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT. The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all regular hourly employees employed by the Company at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant Site employed to work on the Deactivation and Remediation Project with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment, but excluding salaried exempt and non-exempt technical and professional employees, office clericals, guards, supervisors and all other employees excluded by National Labor Relations Act.
