UNION/COMPANY INTERFACE. The Company agrees not to interfere with the right of employees to join or belong to the Union and the Union agrees not to intimidate or coerce employees to join the Union. The Company further agrees not to discriminate against any employee on account of Union membership or Union activity, and the Union agrees neither to solicit for membership (but may take part in new employee orientation), collect Union funds, nor to engage in other Union activity on Company time unless specifically provided for in this Contract.

Authorized representatives of the Union who are non-badged shall have access to the Company’s establishment at reasonable times for the purpose of administering compliance with the Agreement and adjusting disputes; provided, that such representatives must first check in with the Company, and shall not in any way hinder or interfere with any work or operations of the company or any of its employees.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • CERTIFICATION REGARDING BOYCOTTING CERTAIN ENERGY COMPANIES (Texas law as of September 1, 2021) By submitting a proposal to this Solicitation, you certify that you agree, when it is applicable, to the following required by Texas law as of September 1, 2021: If (a) company is not a sole proprietorship; (b) company has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this contract has a value of $100,000 or more that is to be paid wholly or partly from public funds, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required.
