Recognition for attendance. An employee shall receive one-half (½) day’s pay if he/she uses no more than three (3) sick days during the school year. An employee shall receive one (1) day’s additional pay if he/she uses zero (0) sick days during the school year. This bonus shall be given on the last pay date in June.
