Common use of Recognition of Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Recognition of Bargaining Unit. (a) In accordance with and subject to the Negotiation Protocol and the Bargaining Authorization and Voluntary Recognition Agreement as attached, the CMPA and the Producer recognize the District Councils as the exclusive bargaining agent for and representative of all Guild Members, with respect to those job classifications set out in each District Council Schedule and with respect to minimum rates and all other minimum terms and conditions of engagement of all persons engaged by the Producer to perform duties under this Agreement.
