RECOGNITION OF EMPLOYERS. The Union recognizes the Northern California Mechanical Contractors Association and the UMIC Inc.-Industrial Contractors as the collective bargaining representatives of the Individual Employers who are now or may hereafter become members of each of said Associations or who have now or may hereafter give said Association the authority to negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements with the Union on their behalf.

RECOGNITION OF EMPLOYERS. The Union recognizes the Association and such other Employer Associations who become signatory hereto as the bargaining agent for (1) its Association members (2) such other employers who authorize it to represent them, and (3) such other employers who may execute this Agreement or a counterpart hereof.

  • SEPARATION OF EMPLOYMENT (a) If an employee is discharged by the Employer, he shall be paid in full for all monies owing to him by the Employer on the date of his discharge.
