RECOGNITION & SCOPE. 2.01 The Management recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees in that physical area known as the Toronto Zoo and its immediate environs, which includes barns either leased or operated by the Management, save and except Supervisors; Curators; Systems Administrators; Assistants to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Directors, Senior Directors and Directors and any other person performing confidential and labour relations functions in the Human Resources Branch who has access to confidential information; Payroll Supervisor; Nursing Staff; Safety & Security Officers; Administrative Support Clerk.
