Membership in Association. 3.1. Any member may be an Association member.

(a) All Employees of the Ottawa Fire Service who are members of the Association at the date of ratification of this agreement shall remain members of the said Association and all new Employees of the Fire Service covered by this agreement shall become members of the said Association.
Membership in Association. The District shall not directly or indirectly attempt to interfere between an employee and the Union and shall not restrain or attempt to restrain an employee from belonging to the Association or taking a part in legal Association activities.

SECTION 2.1 - Employees shall have the right to join or not to join the Association and membership in the Association shall not be a condition of employment or continued employment. No employee shall be required to pay any dues, fees, fines, and assessments or give any financial or other support or assistance to the Association as a condition of employment or continued employment.
Membership in Association. Upon conveyance of title to the Property to Purchaser, Purchaser shall automatically become a member of the Association and shall be subject to the assessment obligations and other provisions set forth in the Governing Documents.
Membership in Association. 3.1.1.1 All employees of the Caledon Fire and Emergency Services who are now members of the Association shall remain members of the Association in good standing as a condition of employment, and all new employees of the Caledon Fire and Emergency Services shall become members of the Association and shall continue their membership in good standing as a condition of continued employment.

If the Group ceases membership in an association through which the Group was issued Coverage, while Coventry’s Agreement with the association has not terminated, the Group’s Coverage is terminated. The Group may submit a new application for coverage, which will be processed according to state requirements regarding large or small group coverage, as applicable.

Upon the recording of any supplementary declaration, those lot owners contained therein shall become members of the Association obtaining all rights due members of the Association and becoming liable for all assessments and fees as set forth herein and/or in the Supplemental Declaration.

Delete the following language beginning with the second sentence to the end of the provision: However, every member of the bargaining unit who is not a member of the Association shall, within 30 days after the initial date of employment, pay to the Association an agency fee. Such fee shall be certified to the District by GCTA and shall be consistent with requirements of law. The Association shall forward to the District a list of non-members and the sum of money to be deducted from each employee’s pay check for the Agency Fee. Said amount shall be deducted from each employee’s pay check in a manner equivalent, insofar as possible, to that used for deduction of dues of members of the Association. After receipt of a list of non-members, the District shall forward said amount to the Association within a reasonable time after the deductions are made.
Membership in Association. Every owner of a lot which is subject to assessment shall be a member of the association. Membership shall be appurtenant to and may not be separated from ownership of any lot which is subject to assessment. The voting rights of a membership shall vest as of the date when the lot to which membership is appurtenant becomes subject to assessment.
