Reconnection of Services a) The local municipal manager may authorise the reconnection of services or reinstatement of service delivery only after satisfactory payment or a satisfactory arrangement for payment of outstanding debt has been made.
Reconnection of Services. 23.1. The Chief Financial Officer shall authorize the reconnection of services or reinstatement of service delivery after satisfactory payment and/or arrangement for payment has been made according to paragraph 25 of the policy.
