Reconnection Circumstances. Xxxxxx Energy will, subject to the provisions of any law or Relevant Codes arrange for the reconnection of supply if: (a) within 10 Business Days after disconnection for non-payment of a Bill, the Customer pays the overdue amount or makes an arrangement for its payment; (b) within 10 Business Days after disconnection for denial of access to the Meter Equipment, the Customer provides access to the Meter Equipment; (c) within 10 Business Days after disconnection for unlawful consumption of Gas, the Customer pays for the Gas consumed; (d) within 10 Business Days after disconnection for refusal to pay a Refundable Advance, the Customer pays the Refundable Advance; or (e) within 20 Business Days after disconnection in any Emergency for health, safety or maintenance reasons, the situation or problem giving rise to the need for disconnection has been rectified, and the Customer requests reconnection and pays any applicable reconnection fee. Xxxxxx Energy will not charge a fee where the disconnection occurred under clauses 21.4, 21.5 or 21.6.
