Meter Equipment definition

Meter Equipment means Meters, metering equipment, infrastructure and measurement transformers (both voltage, current or combination units) or other communications equipment necessary to connect data obtained from the same for transmission to the Data Collector or Data Aggregator (as may be applicable) and any other measuring or communications equipment and apparatus at a Meter Point;
Meter Equipment means the meter and vending equipment for measuring and billing energy usage by the consumer.
Meter Equipment means meters, pressure regulators and safety valves, filters, regulators, flow correcting devices and telemetry devices necessary to measure quantities of Gas supplied to the Customer.

  • In the event there is a proven inaccuracy in the Meter Equipment, the Retailer will change the meter at no cost to the Customer, provided the inaccuracy was not caused by the Customer.

  • If the Meter Equipment is not found to be inaccurate, the Customer must pay a testing fee, as described in the Customer Charter.

  • The Customer may request the Meter Equipment be tested to establish whether there is any inaccuracy in the Meter Equipment readings.

  • The Customer must assist the Retailer to disconnect supply and acknowledges that at all times the Meter Equipment is the property of the Retailer and hereby gives the Retailer permission to enter upon the Premises to remove any property specified under this contract to belong to the Retailer.

  • You must not, and must not allow any other person to, tamper with, adjust, disconnect, by-pass, interfere with or otherwise damage or render inoperable or inaccurate the Network Equipment or Meter Equipment or take or attempt to take gas before it reaches the Meter Equipment.

Meter Equipment means any energy or air quality meter or other environmental or building monitoring devices and associated hardware to be used in connection with the Software.

Related to Meter Equipment

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Computer equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.
