Reconnection Fees. A reconnection fee may be charged if service to you is disconnected for nonpayment of sub metered electric bills in accordance with the Texas Property Code and PUC rules (summarized below). The reconnection fee is calculated based on our average actual cost for the expenses associated with the reconnection, but under no circumstances may it exceed $10. No reconnect charge may be assessed unless you’ve agreed to it in a written Lease Contract that states the exact dollar amount of the charge.
Reconnection Fees the Services may be subject to a reconnection charge(s), which will be payable prior to Services being restored after being terminated due to non-conformance under this Agreement.

Reconnection Fees. Where a subscriber’s service has been suspended due to late or non-payment before the 1st of the month the service provider will bill a reconnection fee of R150.00 EXCL VAT, to the account of the subscriber. The subscriber must pay this reconnection fee as well as the normal subscription amount and any other fees, such as interest before the account will be reconnected.
Reconnection Fees. If we reconnect your Service after it has been suspended for any reason, including but not limited to failure to make payments, we may charge you a reconnection fee.

Where a subscriber’s service has been suspended due to late or non- payment before the 1st of the month the service provider will xxxx a reconnection fee of R200.00 inclusive of VAT to the account of the subscriber. The subscriber must pay this reconnection fee as well as the normal subscription amount and any other fees such as interest before the account will be re-activated. At present the service provider allows a grace period up to the 7th day of the month before suspending accounts. This grace period can be revised at any time without notification.
Reconnection Fees. Ameren Missouri agrees to establish a reconnection fee for AMI customers of $5. The existing $30 fee will remain in effect for customers who do not use AMI or where an AMI meter is installed but not fully utilized because the customer has chosen to opt-out. The Signatories agree that the fee for both AMI and non-AMI customers can be studied in more detail in a subsequent rate case.
