RECORDS OF COMPLIANCE discusses your agreement to make and keep all required records, as detailed below.
RECORDS OF COMPLIANCE. Users will each (1) create and maintain records to document satisfaction of their respective obligations under this Agreement; any Service Contract, including, without limitation, their respective payment obligations and compliance with tax and employment laws; and any Upwork Payroll Agreement, and (2) provide copies of such records to Upwork upon request. Nothing in this subsection requires or will be construed as requiring Upwork to supervise or monitor a User’s compliance with this Agreement, the other Terms of Service, or a Service Contract.
RECORDS OF COMPLIANCE. Supplier will maintain complete and accurate records and information to demonstrate its compliance with this Addendum.

This Agreement and any registration for or subsequent use of the Site will not be construed as creating any responsibility on Company’s part to store, backup, retain, or grant access to any information or data for any period. Company bears no responsibility or liability for User’s improper creation, storage, backup, or continued maintenance of business records.
RECORDS OF COMPLIANCE. Cision will maintain complete and accurate records and information to demonstrate its compliance with this Addendum.
RECORDS OF COMPLIANCE. The Staffing Firm will keep records in relation to each Designated Personnel and Staffing Firm’s compliance with its obligations as stated herein in relation to each Designated Personnel and make them available to Participating Agency upon request. This includes but is not limited to recording the number of hours worked by each Designated Personnel on a daily basis. Such records shall be retained for a minimum period of three years and shall be made available to the Participating Agency, or to the Ministry of Labour for inspection, upon request.
