Records of Employees. Personnel records of an employee shall be open to her scrutiny within three (3) days upon request and in the presence of the Manager. A union representative, upon request in writing by the employee, shall have access to the file. In each instance the following exceptions shall apply: i) pre-employment records, pre-employment medical records, and reference checks. ii) information regarding criminal offenses. iii) promotional plans relating to the employee. iv) any information that violates the privacy of the employee, as determined by the employee.
