Common use of Records of Employees Clause in Contracts

Records of Employees. Personnel records of an employee shall be open to his/her scrutiny upon request and in the presence of the employer. A Union representative, upon request in writing by the employee, shall have access to the file. The employer shall provide the employee written notice of any infractions that could lead to disciplinary action within thirty (30) days of becoming aware of said infraction.
