Records to be Kept by Contractor. Contractor shall keep and furnish to Operator an accurate record of the work performed on the IADC-API Daily Drilling Report Form or other form acceptable to Operator. A legible copy of said form signed by contractor's representative shall be furnished by Contractor to Operator.
Records to be Kept by Contractor. Contractor shall keep and furnish to Company an accurate record of the work performed in a form to be agreed prior to the first Commencement Date. Contractor shall furnish to Company a legible copy of the form signed by Contractor's representative. Contractor shall also keep and furnish to Company a report of operations for each month containing details of (i) spare parts consumption, (ii) fuel usage, (iii) safety and accident data for the Workover Equipment and Contractor's Personnel, and (iv) such other information as Company shall have reasonably requested Contractor to provide. All such records and reports shall be in the English language.

A legible copy of such form signed by Contractor’s representatives shall be furnished by Contractor to Operator on a daily basis. All drilling reports shall be kept and recorded in English. 5.7) Safety Equipment Contractor shall maintain and test its well control equipment listed in the Appendices in good condition at all times in accordance with internationally accepted oilfield practices. Contractor shall use all reasonable means to control wxxxx, to prevent fires and blowouts and to protect the well during all drilling and completion operations.
Records to be Kept by Contractor. Contractor shall: a) Maintain an authentic, legible and accurate report of the Well drilled on an API-IADC standard or equivalent drilling report form respectively an equivalent work-over, well- intervention or well-test report for Well Services works including but not limited to, all measurements required for fishing operations with a record of all down hole Items. The report shall be available at all times for inspection by Company and furnished to its authorized employees and representatives upon their request. Contractor shall upon completion, abandonment or well service of a Well deliver to Company the original his- tory and log book, properly signed, and all other data and records of every nature, in- cluding any copies of the log or history except one copy of the log on the API-IADC standard drilling report form respectively well service report form, which Contractor shall retain for Contractor's records and maintain strict confidentiality relating to the drilling, casing, completing, intervention or testing of the Well. An inspection by Company shall constitute neither a co-liability of the latter nor a reduction of the Contractor’s liability. b) Maintain for the period of 12 months following completion, testing or abandonment of a Well continuous records of the rate of penetration, hook load, weight on bit, pump pres- sure, pump strokes, rotary torque and rotary speed, tank level and volume of each tank at the active tank system taken with the instruments required to make such recordings and detailed in Appendix B. Contractor shall provide copies thereof to the Company Representative as requested. c) Furnish the Company Representative with a daily written report, on said API-IADC standard drilling report form respectively well service report, showing depths and work performed during the preceding twenty-four (24) hours, and any other information rela- tive to the day's Work requested by Company. All such reports shall be legible and accurate. d) Provide any information and/or data as reasonably requested by Company to prepare Company-specific reports.
