Redeployment - Redundancy. 4.4.1 a) In the event a permanent employee’s position is declared redundant and no reasonable offer of employment is made before the expiry of the one month’s notice period under 3.19.1 the permanent employee is entitled to compensation equal to 8% of ordinary pay for the preceding 12 months plus 2% of ordinary pay for the preceding 12 months for each year of service minus one, up to a maximum of the equivalent of 3 month’s pay at that time, providing that an employee bound by this Collective Agreement as at 29 June 2005 will receive a minimum redundancy compensation payment equal to 2 months’ ordinary pay for the preceding 12 months.
