Reduced Annual PILOT. Notwithstanding Section 2(a) above, and subject always to the terms and conditions of Section 3 below, if one or more of the Project Employers shall occupy the Project during the Abatement Period pursuant to a Project Employer Office Lease shall also be "Eligible Tenants" as described in Section 3 below and as reviewed and confirmed by the City in its reasonable discretion, then the square footage in the Building which is occupied by any such Eligible Tenants shall be deemed to be "Eligible Square Footage" which is subject to a reduced PILOT as described herein. More specifically, the City hereby agrees that commencing with the taxable year after the Eligible Square Footage is occupied by any such Eligible Tenant(s), Developer shall be entitled to an additional twenty-five percent (25%) abatement on such Eligible Square Footage (for a total of fifty percent (50%) abatement on such Eligible Square Footage) – and Developer and/or Project Employer shall pay a reduced Annual PILOT of fifty percent (50%) for such Eligible Square Footage (the "Reduced Annual PILOT") as long as the same is occupied by a Eligible Tenant, and as long as such Eligible Tenant continues to fully meet the criteria described in Section 3 below.

  • Payment Terms DXC agrees to pay Supplier the undisputed amount of an invoice within ninety (90) days after the receipt of a valid, complete and properly documented invoice. Any prompt payment discount will be calculated from the date a conforming invoice is received by DXC. Payment will be in U.S. currency unless otherwise stated. Payment will not constitute acceptance of Products and/or Services or impair DXC’s right to inspect. Acceptance shall be when DXC deems the Products and/or Services to meet its specified criteria (“Acceptance”). DXC, at its option, and without prior notice to Supplier, shall have the right to set off or deduct from any Supplier’s invoice, any credits, refunds or claims of any kind due DXC.

  • Payments From and after the Effective Date, the Administrative Agent shall make all payments in respect of the Assigned Interest (including payments of principal, interest, fees and other amounts) to the Assignor for amounts which have accrued to but excluding the Effective Date and to the Assignee for amounts which have accrued from and after the Effective Date.

  • Optional If Vendor would like to display any applicable certificates or licenses (including HUB certificates) for TIPS and TIPS Member Customer consideration, Vendor may upload those at this location.   • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Effective Date The obligations of the Lenders to make Loans and of the Issuing Bank to issue Letters of Credit hereunder shall not become effective until the date on which each of the following conditions is satisfied (or waived in accordance with Section 9.02):

  • SCOPE OF WORK For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.
