Reduction of Snow and Ice Services Fee and GP Routine Maintenance Fee for Force Majeure. To the extent that a Force Majeure Event prevents or diminishes the performance of the Snow and Ice Services and/or the GP Routine Maintenance Services then HPTE shall be entitled to a fair and reasonable reduction in the Snow and Ice Services Fee and/or the GP Routine Maintenance Services Fee, respectively, which may be a reduction to zero for the relevant period if no such services are being provided. The reduction shall be such amount as shall be agreed or determined.
