Common use of Redundancy Payment Clause in Contracts

Redundancy Payment. (a) Where employment is terminated because of redundancy, an Employee will be entitled to four (4) weeks’ redundancy pay for between the first and second years of service (in accordance with the NES) and then, three (3) weeks per year of continuous service thereafter, at the Permanent Employee’s current Aggregate Salary and pro-rata for completed months.

Redundancy Payment. (a) 23.6 Where employment is terminated because of redundancy, an Employee will be entitled to four (4) weeks’ redundancy pay for between the first and second years of service (in accordance with the NES) NES for the first two years of service and then, three (3) weeks per year of continuous service thereafter, at the Permanent Employee’s 's current Aggregate Salary annualised salary and pro-pro rata for completed months.

(a) Where employment is terminated because of redundancy, an Employee will be entitled to four (4) weeks’ redundancy pay in accordance with the NES for between the first and second years of service (in accordance with the NES) service, and then, then three (3) weeks per weeks’ pay for each year of continuous service thereafter, at the Permanent Employee’s current Aggregate Salary and pro-rata for completed monthsthereafter up to a maximum of 70 weeks’ pay.
