Common use of Reemployment at Conclusion of Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Reemployment at Conclusion of Leave of Absence. Any faculty member granted a leave of absence shall be assured of employment by the Board upon termination of such leave in the same manner as though such faculty member had not been on leave of absence, provided only that all of the conditions of such leave have been complied with by the faculty member. A leave of absence without pay shall not constitute a break in service or seniority.
