Reevaluation to a Lower Range. (a) When a filled position is reevaluated in accordance with the procedures set out in Section A of this Article and is reassigned to a lower salary range, the ASF Member in that position will remain at the same range and step for two (2) years, after which the ASF Member, if in the same position and assigned the same responsibilities, will have his/her base salary reduced:
