Additional Assignments and Compensation. Subd. 1. For additionally assigned responsibilities not reasonably covered by the ASF Member's position description which the ASF Member performs for six (6) weeks or longer, vacation exempted, appropriate additional compensation shall be provided. At a minimum, appropriate compensation will be five (5) percent of base salary.

Additional Assignments and Compensation. Subd. 1. For additionally assigned responsibilities not reasonably covered by the ASF Member's position description which the ASF Member performs for six (6) weeks or longer, vacation exempted, appropriate additional compensation shall be provided. At a minimum, appropriate compensation will be five (5) percent of base salary. Subd. 2. Acting or Interim Appointment. (a) An ASF Member who is assigned on an acting or interim basis to a position in a higher range in the bargaining unit shall be compensated at a salary which, at a minimum, is the nearest higher salary in the new salary range, plus one (1) step. An ASF Member who is assigned on an acting or interim basis to a position in a higher range will have the right to return to his/her former position at the same range and step as if the ASF Member had been continuously employed in the former position. Any acting or interim appointment with an expected duration greater than one (1) year shall be subject to meet and confer with the local Association. (b) An ASF Member who is assigned on an acting or interim basis to a position as a MnSCU Administrator will have the right to return to his/her former position at the same range and step in the ASF bargaining unit at the university where he/she is employed. The ASF Member shall neither lose nor continue to accrue benefits provided to ASF Members in this bargaining unit during the period of any acting or interim appointment as a MnSCU Administrator. Subd. 3. When any additional assignments involve classroom teaching, compensation shall, at a minimum, be at the rate of one thousand, one hundred dollars ($1,100) per credit hour or the negotiated adjunct faculty pay rate, whichever is greater.

  • Reciprocal Compensation The arrangement for recovering, in accordance with Section 251(b)(5) of the Act, the FCC Internet Order, and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations, costs incurred for the transport and termination of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic originating on one Party’s network and terminating on the other Party’s network (as set forth in Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment).

  • Other Compensation and Fringe Benefits In addition to any executive bonus, pension, deferred compensation and stock option plans which the Company may from time to time make available to the employee upon mutual agreement, the Employee shall be entitled to the following: (a) The standard Company benefits enjoyed by the Company's other top executives. (b) Payment by the Company of the Employee's initiation and membership dues in all social and/or recreational clubs as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Employee to maintain various business relationships on behalf of the Company; provided, however, that the Company shall not be obligated to pay for any of the Employee's personal purchases and expenses at such club. (c) Provision by the Company during the Term and any extensions thereof to the Employee and his dependents of medical and other insurance coverage under the Company's Executive Medical Plan. (d) Provision by the Company of supplemental disability insurance sufficient to provide two-thirds of the Employee's pre-disability minimum base annual salary. (e) An annual incentive bonus for each calendar year included in this Agreement calculated pursuant to a formula substantially similar to (and the formula of which will not yield a bonus less than) the FY 2001 Incentive Plan adopted by the Compensation Committee of the Company with a target bonus based upon 100% of base annual salary, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A ("Incentive Bonus"); provided, however, that the Employer's stockholders approve an annual incentive bonus plan containing substantially the terms of the Incentive Bonus prior to its payment in accordance with Section 162(m) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder. The annual bonus shall be paid no later than March 15th of the following year and is fully vested at the end of each year in the event of a non-renewal of this Agreement by the Company. Subject to Section 7 below, the annual bonus shall be pro-rated for any partial employment year. The Company shall deduct from all compensation payable under this Agreement to the Employee any taxes or withholdings the Company is required to deduct pursuant to state and federal laws or by mutual agreement between the parties

  • ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The Executive shall receive the following additional compensation and welfare and fringe benefits:

  • Services and Compensation Consultant shall perform the services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”) for the Company (or its designee), and the Company agrees to pay Consultant the compensation described in Exhibit A for Consultant’s performance of the Services.
