References to Law. References to a statute or statutory provision include:

All references in this Agreement to any law, by-law, rule, regulation, order or act of any government, governmental body or other regulatory body or authority shall be construed as a reference thereto as amended or re-enacted from time to time or as a reference to any successor thereto.
