References to Law Sample Clauses

References to Law. References to a statute or statutory provision include: (i) that statute or provision as modified or amended from time to time, whether before or after the date of this TSA; and (ii) any subordinate legislation or regulation made from time to time under that statute or statutory provision, including (where applicable) that statute or statutory provision as modified or amended.

References to Law. All references in this Agreement to any law, by-law, rule, regulation, order or act of any government, governmental body or other regulatory body or authority shall be construed as a reference thereto as amended or re-enacted from time to time or as a reference to any successor thereto.
