Regional Agreement Advisory Committee. Recognizing that over time circumstances often change, and intending that this Agreement should continue to serve the best interests of the member towns, the Committee shall, at least at five-year intervals, establish an ad hoc study group composed of knowledgeable persons to study this Agreement and report to the Committee as to whether or not any changes to this Agreement might be beneficial, in light of the then prevailing conditions. The Committee shall give any such ad hoc study group’s report due consideration, but may exercise its discretion as to whether or not it will implement any of the group’s recommendations.
