Regional Travel Assistance Grant. (RTAG) – FDC and IHC child care services: (i) an amount each quarter, as specified in (ii), provided that: (A) You comply with all the following requirements; (1) You submit any claims for RTAG using Our RTAG Claim Form, which can be found at xxx.xxxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx by the following dates in each financial year: 1 April – 30 June 31 July 1 July – 30 September 31 October 1 October – 31 December 31 January 1 January – 31 March 30 April (2) You ensure that in relation to all travel claimed:  the travel is undertaken for the sole purpose of monitoring, training or supporting the service’s educators;  each person who drives during the course of the travel holds a current driver’s licence;  current comprehensive and third party insurance is held in relation to every vehicle that is driven during the time the travel takes place;  all travel is undertaken by the shortest practicable route; and  all travel is recorded in a logbook which records the following information for each journey: (i) name of driver(s) and position in the service; (ii) registration, make, model, engine capacity of the vehicle; (iii) date of each journey; (iv) start point and destination of each journey; (v) odometer start and finish figures, and kilometres travelled; and (vi) purpose of each journey, including the name and address of each educator visited. (B) the FDC or IHC child care service in relation to which a claim for RTAG is made has 51.0 per cent or more of its educators in locations defined by Us as Outer Regional, Remote or Very Remote areas according to ARIA+ Remoteness classifications; or (C) the IHC child care service in relation to which a claim for RTAG is made has 21.0 per cent or more of its educators in locations defined by Us as Remote or Very Remote areas according to ARIA+ Remoteness classifications. (ii) for: (A) travel by car – RTAG rate multiplied by the number of kilometres travelled above the applicable quarterly threshold in the table below: Less than or equal to 50.0 975 Greater than 50.0 and less than or equal to 150.0 1,950 Greater than 150.0 2,925 where EFT Utilised Places for the child care service is calculated as follows: (B) travel by air, rail or ferry, but only if this is the most cost-effective and convenient method of travel to remote locations, the lesser of: (1) an amount equal to the cost of an economy ticket; (2) RTAG rate multiplied by the number of kilometres travelled above the applicable quarterly threshold, ...

  • Employee Assistance Program Neither the fact of an employee's participation in an employee assistance program, nor information generated by participation in the program, shall be used as a reason for discipline under this Article, except for information relating to an employee's failure to participate in an employee assistance program consistent with the terms to which the employee and the University have agreed.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s). Section 2. No information gathered by an Employee Assistance Program may be used to discipline an employee. Section 3. Employees shall be entitled to use accrued sick leave for participation in an Employee Assistance Program. Section 4. Each university will offer training to local Union Stewards on the Employee Assistance Program available in their university, on university time, where an Employee Assistance Program is available.

  • Educational Assistance Section 1. Tuition reimbursement shall be provided to employees covered by this collective bargaining AGREEMENT under the same terms and conditions, policies and procedures as the rest of Hennepin County and reflecting a county–wide pool for funding. See Hennepin County Tuition Reimbursement Policy Frequently Asked Questions Section 2. Where courses are required and certified by the appointing authority as essential to current job performance, such appointing authority shall grant 100% reimbursement for tuition, required fees and required study materials. Section 3. At the request of an employee, an Individual Development Plan shall be established. Any employee making the request shall be provided with paid time to work with their Supervisor or Human Resources to develop a training plan for career development within Hennepin County. Human Resources will be a source of career information, and postings, in which the employee may have an interest. Time allotted for this activity and the training plan adopted shall be subject to mutual agreement of the Employee and Supervisor.

  • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues. Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.

  • Employee Assistance Programs Consistent with the University's Employee Assistance Program, employees participating in an employee assistance program who receive a notice of layoff may continue to participate in that program for a period of ninety (90) days following the layoff.

  • Directory Assistance Service 8.3.1 Directory Assistance Service provides local end user telephone number listings with the option to complete the call at the caller's direction separate and distinct from local switching.

  • Employee Assistance Plan The District will provide an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) which allows each employee to refer themselves confidentially to the EAP provider. To protect confidentiality, any data which the provider transmits to the District shall be summary only. The Employee Assistance Plan will include individual and/or family counseling.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel.   • Mutual Assistance The Parties will do all things reasonably necessary or appropriate to carry out the terms and provisions of this Agreement and to aid and assist each other in carrying out such terms and provisions.

  • Tuition Assistance Bargaining unit employees can enroll in university or college, vocational technical school or extension courses. The course may be by correspondence or attendance at classes during non-working hours or during working hours with approval of the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee. Where practicable, in relation to work requirements, the Employer shall be liberal with the approval of requests for accrued/unused vacation leave, flex-time scheduling, compensatory time, or leave without pay for the purpose of enabling employees to attend classes conducted during an employee's regularly scheduled work hours.
